Mumbai - road scapes
Mumbai - Kanheri Caves
Hardly anyone in Mumbai too know about the Kanheri Caves inside the Borivali National Park.
It is not even listed in their sightseeing places ! So much for government shortsightedness.
One visit and we were wondering why it is not a World Heritage Site.
It is a thousands of years old mammoth Buddhist monastery, all build out of SOLID ROCK !
Took them decades to carve out their schools, etc in these rocks.

Mumbai - Vasai Fort
Unmaintained by the government yes, but do the people have to also be so uncaring about this beautiful monument ? At least a sign posted by the government will work wonders. And that's where the Chinese know how to protect their ancient monuments and generate money from them.
More garbage....made the whole place unsightly..people need to be educated.
